Choose "RUSH" shipping at checkout for an upgrade to USPS 2-Day Priority Mail. Large orders weighing over 15 oz automatically get upgraded to USPS Priority Mail's weight class.

International Orders:
Transit to countries outside the United States can take up to 21 days or more. Buyers need to know their country's import laws & fees that may apply on incoming shipments. Trifecta Botanicals will not be held responsible for postal delays or items held in customs, as such variables are completely out of our control.

Return & Exchange
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order. A full refund can be issued if products arrive damaged, or if we made a mistake processing your order.

Returns & exchanges are gladly accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from the refunded amount. Because of the nature of such items, I can't accept returns for perishable herbs, oils or salves.
