~ Tinctures made with at least 40% alcohol (80 proof) have an essentially indefinite shelf life if stored properly, since the alcohol acts as a preservative. Sugar-based and Glycerin-based products have shorter shelf lives (1-3 years) due to potential microbial growth, which is why all of our tinctures are alcohol-based. Storing amber bottles in a cool, dark place will keep tinctures potent, as heat & light will degrade their efficacy.

~ Herbal tinctures come labeled with suggested dosing on the back label. Liquid drops are usually administered under the tongue, but each dose can also be mixed into a glass of water.

~ All herbs have been grown 100% organically-- free of any synthetic fertilizers, chemical pesticides or GMOs.
